Hi! I’m Faye, the founder of Posh Pads Grooming and Grooming for Growth. I’m also a proud mum to two little girls and a dog mum! What started as a one woman dream has grown into a busy, buzzing salon with an amazing team of four girls by my side, each one just as passionate about dogs and grooming as I am. Together, we’ve built something I’m incredibly proud of. When I opened Posh Pads in Bewdley, I wanted to create more than just a grooming salon. I dreamed of a space where dogs would feel safe and loved, and where owners could fully trust the team handling their pets. That dream has become our daily reality. Our little team is like family. Each of the girls brings their own unique talent, warmth, and energy to the salon.

One of the best decisions I’ve made for the salon was introducing Emmi-pet ultrasonic tooth cleaning. I noticed a real need for safe, stress-free dental care for dogs, and this service ticked every box with its no noise, no stress, and fantastic results.

We started small, just offering it as an add on. But after seeing cleaner mouths, fresher breath, and healthier gums (not to mention happier owners!). It quickly became one of our most in demand services. It’s been a brilliant way to help more dogs while also bringing in extra income and setting us apart in the local grooming scene.

But my story doesn’t end at the grooming table.

After years of learning through trial and error and watching so many amazing groomers struggle with burnout, undercharging, and self-doubt I felt the need to share what I’d learned. That’s how Grooming for Growth was born.

It’s an online coaching business created specifically for groomers who want to build successful, profitable, and fulfilling businesses. Through one-to-one mentoring, workshops, and practical resources, I now help groomers across the UK turn their passion into something sustainable.

I remember what it was like in the beginning, trying to figure it all out alone. I wanted to be the support I never had. Grooming for Growth is about real advice, honest feedback, and giving groomers the confidence to charge their worth, grow their business, and still love what they do.

Balancing a busy salon, leading a team, coaching other groomers as well as being a mum to two little girls isn’t always easy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Everything I do is built around a love for dogs and a passion for helping others thrive.

I’m proud of what we’ve created at Posh Pads, and even prouder to be helping other groomers shape the future of this amazing industry. Whether it’s one wagging tail or one empowered business owner I know we’re making a difference.
