The life of me as a dog groomer

I found this pic on my phone of me in my dog grooming days this was probably one of my better days (I don’t look too bedraggled) and cute pug obvs ????

But I’m not gonna lie dog grooming was HARD

There were good days and bad days on good days it would be great, all the dogs would turn up on time clients would be greatful, dogs would give you kisses and not come covered in mats, I’d get home on time and not look like I’d been dragged through a hedge backwards ????

But on the bad days running my grooming business was tough, the salon overheads, the no shows, the matted dogs that owners kept canceling the appointments on, the midnight messages on Facebook from clients expecting a response, that feeling of never fully being able to switch off, the aggressive dogs that want to bite your face off, the clients that get upset when you have to shave their dog short due to mats, never seeming to make ends meet financially, its no wonder dog groomers are absolutely frazzled ????

I was actually scared to take the leap and get an Emmi-pet toothbrush ???? financially it seemed like a big stretch for me, what if it didn’t work out? What would I do?

Discovering Emmi-pet in 2018 was transformational to me and my business, for so may reasons and I can honestly says its been one of the best things to happen to me. Here’s some of the reasons I love it so much.

✅️ Increased my salon turnover by £750 pcm
✅️ Incredible client results/client satisfaction
✅️ Easier and quicker way to make money
✅️ Less wear tear and strain on my body
✅️ Dogs could avoid/prevent vets dentals
✅️ Became a distributor and love what I do

Looking back how different my life would be now if I hadn’t had made that one decision to buy that toothbrush, and I’m eternally grateful that I did ????✨️

Sometimes we just have to take a chance on something new ????????
